the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to pudong airport every half hour. this made early morning departures very easy. the room was clean and functional with comfortable beds. i received complimentary breakfast grab bags due to my early departure.

the dinner buffet was very simple with limited choices.

i found the reception staff, particularly ashley and luna, very helpful. they were always quick to assist with questions and provided useful local advice. their friendly attitude made my arrival seamless. the closeness to the airport made my travel easy. i also appreciated the breakfast selection. the availability of a public laundry was a big plus.

i noticed a slight smell in the room upon arrival, it disappeared quickly once i opened the window.

The airport shuttle was very punctual. check-in went smoothly and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was a prepared paperbag with a banana, a hard-boiled egg, a sweet treat, milk and bread, it was very convenient. The room was spacious and the bathroom was CLEAN.

The personal was not able to speak english. They were more or less really unfriendly. The internet connection was REALLY bad, it was slow and most of the internet was not useable.

My room was clean and well-equipped! The free shuttle to and from the airport was punctual. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. I even managed to do some laundry at no extra cost, which I appreciated. The staff were very nice and attentive, too.

The room was a bit small. This became noticeable with luggage.
